Is this you?
We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering great customer service and can demonstrate this ability, whether this is within a legal or other work environment. You'll have a genuine interest in personal injury or personal legal services and will ideally be able to evidence this
through your choice of LPC modules or work experience.
You'll take a structured and motivated approach to your technical training, ensuring you meet the required standards and seek out learning opportunities. You'll be comfortable seeking feedback throughout your training, adapting and learning as you progress.
We recognise that academic capability is more than A Levels results and a Degree Classification so we don't have minimum requirements. You will need to have successfully passed your LPC by your preferred start date and be able to demonstrate a level of academic ability or relevant work experience.
What will it take?
During the two year programme our trainee solicitors undertake a variety of seats across the business. In addition they spend time supporting with a business wide strategic project and get involved in a range of initiatives both as a trainee team and individually. As such you'll need to be organised, have strong time management skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
As a Trainee Solicitor you'll be an ambassador for the Training Contract Programme and Minster Law, so you'll need to be personable, approachable and professional. You'll have the ability to quickly build relationships with a range of people from both inside and outside the business, with excellent communication skills.
